Cookie policy
A cookie is a small text file saved by your browser when you visit a page. This page stores very few, and advertising cookies are only activated if you give your permission.
Cookies we use
| Name | Owner | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| llg-consent | Own | 1 year | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected advertising. |
| _fbp | Meta | 90 days | Measures which Facebook and Instagram ads bring bookings. |
| _fbc | Meta | 90 days | Stores the identifier of the ad click. |
Technical, always on
Without them the form would not work. Besides your consent choice, session storage keeps the origin of your visit and the booking you have just made, to show it to you on the confirmation page; it disappears when you close the tab.
Advertising, optional
When you click «Accept» we load the Meta pixel and, when you book, our server also sends the notice with encrypted data. If you reject, none are installed and nothing is sent to Meta.
No analytics or hidden tracking
We do not use Google Analytics or any tracking tools other than those described in the table. Nor do we sell or pass on this information to third parties for commercial purposes, or use it to build profiles.
Session storage
It works like a temporary cookie: it lives only on your device, is not sent to any server and disappears as soon as you close the tab. It is used to remember the ad you came from and to show you the summary of your booking.
Why we ask
European rules require asking for permission before installing any cookie that is not essential. That is why the banner appears on your first visit, and the page works the same whether you accept or reject: you can choose a day and time, see prices and book with no difference at all. The only consequence of rejecting is that we won't know which ad brought you here.
Changing your mind
Delete the data stored by this page from your Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge settings. The banner will appear again and you can choose again.
This is a translation for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
