Information we collect

When you book, you give us your name, a mobile number, the service you chose, the day, the time and, if you like, a comment. We also note which ad or campaign brought you here, without it identifying you.

What we use it for

To manage your booking: confirm it on WhatsApp or by calling you, move it if needed and see you on the agreed day. We do not send newsletters or promotions without your express consent.

Legal basis

Your own request: we process this data as a step prior to providing the service you asked for (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Recipients

LOBOX Group, the agency in charge of this page and its booking system, acts on behalf of the owner as data processor and does not use anything for its own purposes. It relies on hosting, database and email providers with the safeguards required by the GDPR; some operate from the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives a notice of each booking only if you accept advertising cookies in the banner. It is sent from our server, with your name and phone number encrypted (unreadable), to measure which ads work. If you reject, Meta receives nothing.

Retention

For as long as you remain a client and, after that, for the legal limitation periods. Once that time has passed, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Security measures

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), access to the booking dashboard is restricted to authorised people and each provider applies appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Minors

If you are under 14, ask your parent or guardian to book for you.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to us at llonguerasgrandegracia@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you feel your request has not been dealt with, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here, with its update date.
